eFlash is an email notification system that allows SWRA staff to send mass emails to SWRA residents rapidly. Emails may include weather bulletins, outages, SWRA road closures, newsletter notifications, meeting notices/reminders, and other information. This is intended for residents only, and all requests must include your SWRA account number for verification purposes.
